Pink for girls - shavers for boys

So 95% of respondents in your CM/Michelin survey believe more should be done to bring young drivers in to the industry

How refreshing, then, to see that Volvo dealer Thomas Hardie Commercials is launching a pink themed 'Girls in Gear' campaign to encourage women to train to become LGV drivers. And what an amusing contrast to CM's free shaver promotion, "for the man who likes a close shave behind the wheel". It even includes a free trimmer to tackle those "embrassing hairs from your ears and nose"

Clearly, it takes women with balls to want to work in the road transport industry.
